How to Activate TuneFab All-in-One Music Converter

TuneFab All-in-One Music Converter is not freeware, but it offers a free trial for first-time users to experience the full download function in advance. Definitely, limitations will exist while using the free version, including:

  • You can only download each song for 3 minutes maximum;
  • The free trial is available for 14 days on each platform.

When the free trial expires, you will need to subscribe to TuneFab All-in-One Music Converter’s registered version if you desire to keep on using its download function. To register for the full version, simply follow the steps below:

Step 1. Install TuneFab All-in-One Music Converter

First of all, navigate to the product page of TuneFab All-in-One Music Converter and click the "Try It Free" icon to download the installation package first. Then double-click on it and follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.

Step 2. Get the License Key

To get a license key, you need to pay for any of TuneFab All-in-One Music Converter's subscription plans. Simply launch TuneFab All-in-One Music Converter. On the pop-up window, click "Buy Now" to navigate to the online store.

Choose the desired plan and follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with the payment. Once the purchase is completed, you will receive your order information and the license key via email. Hence, make sure that you are entering the right email address while processing the purchase.

Step 3. Activate the Music Converter

Open the software, click "Login" > "License Key Login" on the pop-up window. Enter both your email address and license key, and then click "Login" to activate TuneFab All-in-One Music Converter.

You will receive a default password via email, if you haven't set one. Afterward, you can use your email address and password instead of the license key to access all of TuneFab's features.

NOTE: You can reset the password in the TuneFab Accounts Center.

If you have signed up with TuneFab, once you complete the payment, simply open the software. Then click the profile icon > "Update account status" to update your subscription status.

How to Download Streaming Music to MP3/FLAC/WAV/AIFF/M4A/ALAC/AAC Format

When TuneFab All-in-One Music Converter is well installed on desktop, simply follow the steps below to download streaming music from your favorite platforms to DRM-free MP3/M4A/WAV/FLAC/AIFF local music files right away!

Step 1. Select Streaming Music Service

On your desktop, launch TuneFab All-in-One Music Converter. On the main interface, select your desired music streaming platform among 6 services - Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Pandora, and Deezer.

Step 2. Log in to the Platform

As TuneFab All-in-One Music Converter has embedded the official music web players of all streaming platforms, once entering the one you select, you are required to log in to the web player via your music account. Otherwise, you are not able to search songs or use the download function.

Step 3. Add Wanted Songs for Conversion

Once the login completes, you are able to browse the music library and select any songs, playlists, albums, or podcasts you need directly. When you access them, directly drag and drop to the "+" button floating on the right side to add to the conversion queue.

Step 4. Select Output Format and Download Music

Now in the "Converting" window, you can change the output parameters such as format, bitrate and sample rate. Finally, simply by hitting the "Convert All" button, all added songs in the list will be converted and downloaded as local music files in your selected format right away.

Once the music download completes, you are able to check the download history under the "Finished" section. By hitting the file button, the output folder will pop up and you will be able to enjoy downloaded songs offline via any media player you have installed, or even burn them to CD easily.

How to Preset Output Settings and Audio Parameters

TuneFab All-in-One Music Converter ensures 35X faster downloading speed for 6 music streaming platforms , in order to provide you with a more efficient experience in saving streaming music offline.

Despite this, the software also provides customized parameter and download setting features to let you define the control of both the music download process and output quality in preferences. You can do this on the conversion list before starting converting music, or you can turn to "Menu" > "Preferences" to preset all parameters.

Output Settings

Under the "Preferences" > "General" section, you are able to adjust the downloading settings such as the output folder, file names, and also archive rule before starting to download streaming music offline:

  • Output location:

    By default, TuneFab All-in-One Music Converter will create a folder to save music downloads for you automatically. However, if you need to set another one to keep them, you are able to change the path here by hitting the "Browse" icon.

  • Output file name:

    The software enables you to name all music downloads with titles in the same pattern in preferences. In this section, you can select ID3 tags (including Track Number, Title, Artist, Album, and Release Date) in order. Once this setting is applied, TuneFab All-in-One Music Converter will output downloaded music files with names by this setting accordingly.

  • Archive output tracks by:

    TuneFab All-in-One Music Converter also offer an auto-categorizing function to create folders and help you sort music downloads of the same tags to different folders after you set the archive rule here. You are able to choose to archive files by Artist, Album, Artist/Album, or Album/Artist as you desire.

Audio Parameters

If you need to customize quality settings to download streaming music, just navigate to "Preferences" > "Advanced". Output quality settings like format, sample rate, and bitrate are available to be adjusted here according to your requirement. Simply select the options you need before starting the download process:

  • Output Format:

    Currently, TuneFab All-in-One Music Converter only offers 4 formats as the default option for downloading streaming music, including MP3, M4A, WAV, and FLAC.

  • SampleRate (hz):

    Range from 22050hz to 48000hz.

  • Bitrate:

    Range from 128Kbps to 320Kbps.

Generally, the higher both the sample rate and bitrate settings are, the better music streaming quality you will get.

How to Manage Your TuneFab Account

TuneFab launched an Accounts Center that lets you find and manage certain settings from a centralized hub. The settings you can adjust include personal information, passwords, subscriptions, and supported devices. You can also contact TuneFab's support team in the Accounts Center.

As long as you create and log into a TuneFab account, you can get into the TuneFab Accounts Center. Follow the below instructions to do so.

Launch TuneFab All-in-One Music Converter, and a pop-up window will appear.

For TuneFab account holders:

For those who already have a TuneFab account, click "Login" on the pop-up window. Then on the login prompt, enter your email address and password.

Tip: If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password?" and you will be navigated to a webpage. Enter your email address to receive a password reset email. Then follow the instructions to reset your password.

For non-license code owners:

If you do not have a TuneFab account, click "Sign up" on the pop-up window. Enter your email address and password to create an account.

Alternatively, you can sign in with a Google Account. You will receive a default password (can be changed) for the TuneFab account via email. Then you can log in directly with Google Account, or use Gmail and the password you set.

For license code owners:

If you have a license key for TuneFab's product, click "License Key Login" on the login prompt. Type your email address and the license key. TuneFab will then automatically unlock the corresponding features, and send a default password (can be changed) to your email address. Then you can log into TuneFab with your email address and the password.

Step 2. Access the Accounts Center

Once successfully joined TuneFab, launch TuneFab All-in-One Music Converter. Click the profile icon > "Account Center" to get into the TuneFab Accounts Center.

Change Personal Information

In the TuneFab Accounts Center, you can change your public profile. Simply go to "Personal information", you can directly update your username, and click "edit" to change your avatar photo. Change Personal Information on TuneFab Account Center

If you do not want to go with TuneFab anymore, you can delete your account. For active users, you should cancel your subscriptions beforehand.

NOTE: You can't regain access once it's deleted. If you log back into TuneFab, you will receive a prompt saying "Your email is not registered." If you want to join TuneFab again, you need to register a new account.

Reset Account Password

To reset your password, select "Change password" in the sidebar. Simply enter your current password and new password to proceed.

If you forgot your current password, click "Forgot". You will be redirected to a webpage. Enter your email address. You will receive a password reset email, then follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.

Manage Subscriptions and Devices

To view and manage your current subscriptions, go to the "Subscription" section from quick navigation. All the subscription details can be found, including plans, purchase time, next payment date, price, supported devices, and subscription status.

If you want to cancel subscriptions, just click "Manage subscription" to pause the subscription.

If you are switching to another device and want to use TuneFab on the new device, you can easily complete the task.

  • In the "Subscription" section, click "View Details" next to "Supported Devices" for each platform.
  • Go to "Manage Devices" in the sidebar.

TuneFab allows you to make reset attempts twice a year for each platform. Simply find your desired platform and click the reset button.

NOTE: Your account will not be automatically logged off on your current device. If you launch TuneFab on the current device after a reset, the account status will be activated again, which will count as a reset attempt. To avoid such a situation, it is advisable to log out of your account on the current device before confirming the reset.
